Collaboration
Activity and audit
What happened, who did it, and why the log cannot be cleared.
Two views onto the same record.
Activity is the readable timeline: grouped by day, filterable by category, project, outcome and free text.
Logs is the same events in a structured, operations-shaped form with levels and metadata, for anyone who wants to scan or export rather than browse.
Both cover your whole organisation, and both show the same events to every member. Two people looking at the same workspace see the same history.
What gets recorded
Project created, updated, deleted. Generations run. Snapshots captured, restored, deleted. Members added, removed, role changed. Approvals requested and decided. Schedules created and fired.
The log cannot be cleared
There is no button to empty it, and that is deliberate rather than missing.
An audit log the subject can erase is not an audit log. Both pages previously had a Clear button; both were removed when the log moved server-side, because a record that the person under review can delete answers no question worth asking.
The events are append-only. Nothing in the product deletes them.
Exporting
Activity exports the current filtered view to CSV. Logs additionally offers JSON, which is the easier shape if you are piping into an observability stack.
Retention
Events are retained for the life of your account and removed when the account is deleted. See the privacy policy.
